Leonardo DiCaprio Ordered to Return Oscar.

December 12, 2018
Leonardo Di Caprio is extremely prolific and one of the most known stars in the world. He starred in films like Titanic, Blood Diamond, Gangs of New York, Wolf of Wall Street and more.
However, even though the A-list star starred in many different and exceptional roles, he was one of the greatest to not receive an Oscar despite he being nominated quite a few times. This revelation became a strong joke to many stating that Leo has almost everything but can't obtain a golden trophy.
Well, this ended back in 2016 when DiCaprio was gifted with an Oscar for Best Actor in the based on a true story film, The Revenant. Now it has been revealed that DiCaprio may just have to give back the Oscar sort of speaking.
Unannounced to many fans, DiCaprio is reported to have had another Oscar in his possession besides his own and now he is forced to hand the Oscar over. According to The New York Times, Leo got the golden little one from Malaysian financier Jho Low, who is now being accused of committing fraud against an investment fund. DiCaprio has handed over the Oscar as well as other gifts from Low, including a painting by Pablo Picasso and a collage by Jean-Michel Basquiat.
The Oscar was from iconic actor Marlon Brando from his role in the 1954 film 'On the Waterfront.' The award disappeared from his Hollywood home and was later bought by Low for $600,000 from a film memorabilia dealer.
Guess the Oscar being returned to the government will also be brought back by from the government from $1 according to a spokeswoman for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Fans still can sleep easy knowing that DiCaprio still has his Oscar.
