Michael B. Jordan Talks Difference Between Battle Rap & Boxing.November 19, 2018
Michael B. Jordan is without any doubt one of the hottest and if not the hottest star out here at this time or in general. The star has been in the entertainment industry for years but in a more, I'm here but still not getting any real recognition kind of way.
He starred in television shows like HBO's hit original series 'The Wire' and more. However, this first push wasn't enough seeing that Michael B. stated that after the first quarter of his acting career, he ended up broke and sleeping on a friends couch in California. However, he didn't stop and all changed a little when he decided to go back into acting and jumped into the role that he would most definitely make his own.
The role I am referring to is the heartbreaking portrayal of Oscar Grant in the film 'Fruitville Station.' This same story was about Grant III who was a 22-year-old African-American man who was fatally shot in the early morning hours of New Year's Day 2009 by BART Police Officer Johannes Mehserle in Oakland, California. The story was exceptional and put the star back in the eyes of the public. After this film, he starred in Fantastic Four which didn't do that well but he later Creed and later Black Panther. Both of the later films are still grabbing buzz.
Now on his marketing campaign for his upcoming Creed 2 film, Michael B. Jordan set down with BET's 'Punch Lines' and explained how Boxing and battle rap are different or the differences between both. He also explained what his character Adonis' name would be if he was a battle rapper or rapper in general. The full video is below so enjoying and for updates on movies like Creed and updates like television series and streaming, follow our sister site at MovieCreedLive.com.
